**Position **:Casual Support Worker
**Location**:Oxford Outreach
**Salary**: £12.53 per hour inclusive of holiday pay and Geographical allowance or £11.18 per hour exclusive of holiday with geographical allowance
**Hours**: Zero hours/Various (Mon-Sun which will include working days, evenings, alternate weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins)

Advance is looking for Support Workers in Oxford to support customers with Learning Disabilities/ Autism/ Complex needs/ mental health conditions to live the lives they choose. You will need to have your own form of transport or able to get public transport to support these locations. Mileage will be paid for at 0.45p per mile.
**Day to Day Activities**:
- Personal care
- Medication administration
- Support to prepare and cook meals
- Support to attend medical appointments
- Support with social activities
- Support with independent skills
- Support to maintain living environment
You don’t need to have previous experience working in care or support to be successful in this role. What matters are your values, your passion and determination to make a difference in the lives of people with Autism or learning disabilities.
Whether you want to work a few hours a week, or full-time, if you think a Support Worker role sounds right for you, you will need to be:
- Flexible to work on a rolling rota
- Good at working on your own and within a team
- Excellent at communicating with people
- Able to complete good quality support records
