**Key Responsibilities**:

- First-line support to help with customer queries relating to products or services
- Meet KPIs in line with the expectations of your line manager
- Utilize and record accurate information in our ERP system
- To help grow sales of our products and services
- Effective communication, by keeping the customer informed
- Schedule engineers’ jobs into a diary system

The capability to be objective with customer issues, understanding their energy with the goal of maintaining the customer relationship and the company’s great reputation. They must be able to prioritise a variable workload and know when to escalate a problem appropriately.

**Training**

We believe that training should not be an event but rather ongoing and continuous. We provide initial onboarding support then training days throughout the year with regular one-to-one and team training sessions.

Our training may include technical diagnostics, soft skills, processes, ERP, products, and water chemistry. These are conducted in-house and occasionally externally with our suppliers.

Pay: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Usk: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
