**FAREHAM**

I am looking for a dynamic Administrator local to the Fareham area for a lovely company whom have been a long standing client of mine for manier year.

The company is busy and vibrant, lots going on, engineers coming and going etc so I am looking for someone who can think on their feet, multi task and can enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

**The facts**:

- I am looking for a proven Administrator with strong admin and customer service experience.
- To operate out of my client's offices in Fareham.
- Experience of working with Engineers or Technicians of some capacity would just be FANTASTIC, massive advantage.

**Duties of the role**:

- Booking in 'Planned Maintenance' jobs
- Coordination of Engineers
- Dealing with Service Desk enquiries
- Using Cache system - having experience of this system will be an advantage.

**What's on offer**:

- Salary: £22k to £25k depending on experience.
- Office hours 08:30 to 17:00
- Full training will be provided for this role.

**You**:

- Stem from a solid admin background, ideally
- have worked with and supported engineers in a previous role would be amazing.
- Live ideally within a 30 min commute from offices in Fareham as the role is office based not hybrid.
- Team player, work well with others.
- Able to work under pressure, department is fun and very busy all of the time.
- IT literate and can adapt easily to new software packages etc.

**Can you bring to the table**:

- Good Microsoft Office knowledge and experience - be able to demonstrate
- Must be able to manipulate a excel spreadsheet - very important.
- Excellent customer service skills - must be able to demonstrate, give examples at interview.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Articulate, be able to spell and construct sentences well in business writing format.
- Highly organised, a planner.
