Health and Wellbeing Lead / Advisor who has significant experience working in the field of Health and Wellbeing either clinical or non-clinical such as Organisational Development / HR / Human Resources with experience working closely with stakeholders to promote health an wellbeing within the organisation.

**SALARY**: £43,574 to £49,587 per annum (Band 7) including 5% HCAS + NHS Benefits

**LOCATION**: Leatherhead, Surrey

**JOB TYPE**: Full-Time, Permanent

JOB OVERVIEW

The organisation is recruiting for a Health and Wellbeing Lead / Advisor who will be responsible for ensuring the organisation is supporting their colleagues Health and Wellbeing by providing a high quality and efficient service which is evidence based, equitable and is co designed.

As the Health and Wellbeing Lead / Advisor you will work as part of a dynamic team who are responsible for the delivery of effective and efficient approaches to improving the health and wellbeing of colleagues. You will also work with the H&W Manager to inspire and influence key internal stakeholders to drive forward the Health and Wellbeing Strategy and Action plan.

Working as the Health and Wellbeing Lead / Advisor you will play an integral role in supporting the programmes of work across the Trust to improving the health and wellbeing of all staff. You will support the Health and Wellbeing Manager to ensure that workstreams are planned and managed effectively, will take a lead in successfully delivering your own specific projects and pieces of health and wellbeing work, and work alongside or support your peer and regional Health and Wellbeing colleagues.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Health and Wellbeing Lead / Advisor include:
Lead on the implementation of the health and wellbeing strategy and supporting the H&W action plan

Lead in implementing a Health &Wellbeing culture within the Trust so that they are seen as an employer of choice by putting the health and wellbeing of colleagues as a top priority

Work with Communications to review webpages and social media presence

Establish relationships and work collaboratively with local and national Health and Wellbeing networks to share ideas and resources

Connect and work with integrated Care Systems (ICS's) to help to create a system wide approach to Health and Wellbeing

Liaise with other external local businesses and organisations to encourage engagement with their Health and Wellbeing initiatives and who may be able to support the Trust's Health and Wellbeing offer.

Support the confidence and capability of line managers in relation to people management activities that influence health, well-being, and engagement of colleagues

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Essential

Degree or equivalent experience working within a health and wellbeing role

Significant experience and expertise working in the field of Health and Wellbeing either clinical or non-clinical, (e.g., such as Organisational Development /Human Recourses) experience in project management, research, and evidence-based policy development.

Experience in building relationships and engaging with colleagues
