**What will the apprentice be doing?**
- Assist with the Day-to-day operations of the business
- Manager most aspects of company marketing
- Carry out internal audits and assist with quality control
- Develop, implement, and oversee mental health and wellbeing provision in The Company
**Duties**:
- Assist with Credit control
- Assist with the running of the office
- New and Potential Client interface management
- Deal with new business enquiries
- Providing administrative support to the business
- Managing branding of equipment, vehicles, and PPE
- Website development and maintenance
- Support implementation of new software and processes
- Assisting with the induction of new starters
- Providing PA support to The Company Director
- Manage annual in-house mental health and wellbeing training
- Carry out staff wellbeing check-ins
- Implement Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) measures
- Update and advertise on social media platforms
- Investigate new areas of business development
- Ad hoc operational duties
- Staff recruitment
- Monitoring personnel documentation
- Managing attendance at trade fairs and conferences
- Reporting of KPIs to management
- Editing and producing company marketing videos
- Assistance in maintaining the company Integrated Management System
- Organising company social events
- Organising company client events
- Reviewing various supply chain platforms for potential new clients or Invitations to Tender and assisting in the tender production
- Assist with Internal Audits of the company Integrated Management System

The qualification you will gain is: Business Administrator Level 3
Business administrators develop key skills and behaviours to support their own progression towards management responsibilities. The responsibilities of the role are to support and engage with different parts of the organisation and interact with internal or external customers. With a focus on adding value, the role of business administrator contributes to the efficiency of an organisation, through support of functional areas, working across teams and resolving issues as requested. The flexibility and responsiveness required allows the apprentice to develop a wide range of skills.

- Manager and Higher Degree Apprenticeships
**Apprentice minimum wage applies - £6.40 per hour**
