School Caretaker

Hours of work: 20 hours per week for 39 weeks per year plus 100 hours

**Salary**:

- Grade D: £10,387 per annum (plus access to Local Government Pension Scheme)

Tor Bridge Primary School wish to appoint a caretaker to support the school in maintaining and developing our premises so that they are secure, safe and welcoming for staff, pupils and visitors. The person will work with the Trust Facilities Manager to complete a range of general caretaking duties such as securing the site, dealing with deliveries, decorating as well as more specific repair and remediation work based on the schools priorities.

You will work Monday - Friday 07.00 - 11.00 for 39 weeks per year, plus 100 hours to be worked during the school holidays.
