Site Caretaker

Hours of work: 35 hours per week for 44 weeks per year

**Salary**: Grade D: £20,814 per annum (plus access to Local Government Pension Scheme)

Interview Date: Week commencing 20th February

Start date: As soon as possible after interview

Ernesettle Community School wish to appoint a caretaker to support the school in maintaining and developing our premises so that they are secure, safe and welcoming for staff, pupils and visitors. The person will work with the Trust Facilities Manager to complete a range of general caretaking duties such as securing the site, dealing with deliveries, decorating as well as more specific repair and remediation work based on the schools priorities. You will also work alternating weekly shift patterns with our Trust Facilities Manager.
