Following growth and changes within their teams based in Worcestershire we are recruiting for a permanent IT Support Manager job.
**Your new role**
Reporting to the Head of IT and IT Director, in this job you will manage and maintain the service quality of this businesses IT support by managing KPIs for the function. You will deliver the service, responding to feedback as well as business needs. You willrespond to change working to improve IT user experience and ensure end user services are delivered to OLAs and SLAs. This will include introducing new systems and software and supporting team with ad-hoc projects as required. You will manage c.10 reports usingdata to identify training and development needs and support the team. You will also oversee IT provision for office moves, refurbs and changes as well as maintaining existing IT desktop estate.
**What you'll need to succeed**
**What you'll get in return**
In return this business can offer a base salary c.£40,000-£50,000 based upon experience. You'll accrue 27 days holiday + bank holidays, as well as qualify for a bonus scheme and other benefits. This is business is in the UK Top 70 Law Firms and provide a rangeof legal services including being flexible to needs of their clients.
