All roles will include an element of remote / home working where domestic circumstances permit.

This is an exciting opportunity to help us meet increasing demand for our advice and information services in these challenging times. Experience of Welfare Benefits casework is required.

Your casework will include assessing the clients’ circumstances, liaising with them and third parties, carrying out benefits checks, filling forms and challenging decisions (mandatory reconsiderations and appeals). You will be trained on our system and processes, ensuring you have all the skills you need to succeed and thrive in this role, with the opportunity to progress within our organisation.
