**A little bit about what we are looking for...**
A leadership role focused on delivering operational performance in compliance with legislation and aligned to organisational strategy and standards. This role is about ensuring legislative compliance manging risks whilst completing root cause analysis to strive for constant improvement and service excellence. As a senior role with technical knowledge and experience there will also be a focus on influencing the strategic direction of the service based on the operational and legislative environment

**Your responsibilities...**
- Provide leadership, direction, support, and vision to the Home Ownership team, including resident managers, setting, and maintaining a culture of high performing customer focused service and team working.
- Lead on complex legal cases of repossession, forfeiture, illegal sub-letting, lodgers, and breaches of the lease.
- Ensure all legal advice is received as and when required to support the business need where homeownership residents are involved or as and when the business requires E.G Section 48 Notices
- Liaise with Fire Safety team on major works, Cladding issues, FRA requests from Third Parties and/ or any other relevant fire safety issues
- Ensure the Section 20 consultation process on behalf of PA is carried out to meet all compliancy regulations. The co-ordinator will be responsible for identifying and seeking resolution for any barriers in relation to the process.

- To hold a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a customer service environment in housing, public service organisation, charity, or other similar profession where external customers are at the heart of what they do.
- Relevant management qualification
- Knowledge of Leasehold services, specifically Section 20
- Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing
