Digital Business Partner

The Bagel Factory is the fastest growing bagel QSR retailer in the UK, serving freshly filled bagels, tasty snacks, sweet treats, chilled drinks and bean to cup coffees in travel hubs and shopping centres across the UK.
**Salary Package**:
- Basic Salary of £50,000
- 33 Days annual leave including bank holidays

**Key areas of responsibility**:
- To manage and support the company IT and back office systems
- To ensure the functionality of the customer based loyalty app and the e-commerce site building close relationships with the developers.
- Providing technical advice and support for the use of the IT infrastructure and data network including the digital menu and advertisement screens and payment machines.
- Working closely with the Marketing Director to support the IT side of the digital projects.
- Arrange and manage internal and external support functions for all existing and future systems.
- Providing day to day IT support to the Head Office users and for the operations teams in the individual stores.
- Maintaining and procuring the company office equipment - laptops/desktops/printer functions and network/Wi-Fi configuration and phone lines.
**Key expectations for the role**:
- Successful delivery of digital projects including loyalty app, e-commerce and improvement of the POS system.
- Building a good relationship with the various developers and coordinating with the marketing department.
**Person specifications for the position**:
- Experience of managing POS back-office databases.
- Familiar with the business purposes of social media.
- Previous experience of working in a similar QSR food industry company is preferable.
- Good understand of marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
