Partner Financial are engaged with a PE backed property business, with a turnover over £200M. The company is facing a moment of expansion, as their strategy has revolutionized the sector, and their continued focus on innovation positions the brand at the forefront of its market and main competitors.


As the Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing actionable insight to the commercial leaders across the business. You will be business partnering with various departments across the organisation, developing a strong and effective working relationship to provide valuable recommendations and challenging where appropriate.


Key responsibilities:


  • Planning, budgeting & forecasting with the local business areas to report and track progress against the delivery of financial targets
  • Providing advice and guidance to reduce cost, increase profit and revenue, using insights and data analysis to drive the commercial decision-making process
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to support the progress of the business from a financial perspective and engage in various ad-hoc projects
  • Producing business cases, including performance of relevant analysis for potential capital purchases
  • Monitoring of key KPI’s and providing insight into performance; seeking to improve processes and procedures where necessary


The ideal candidate will be:

  • Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Highly inquisitive and organised with the ability to work to work on multiple pieces of work, with multiple deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and influencing capability to drive business decisions
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritise own deliverables under time pressure
