Field Sales Executive

The purpose of this role is to develop NEW business as well as maintaining sales growth through this companies existing network of integrators and customers primarily in the UK and Ireland but potentially parts of Europe. It will be necessary for the FieldSales Executive to determine the route to market for each project opportunity, creating alignment with their business partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop new business by frequently visiting potential customers and organising face-to-face meetings.
- Deliver presentations and interactive meetings to prospective new clients and to participate at exhibitions and seminars to promote and discover new business
- Gain approval and achieve end user specification for the business via the appropriate route for any given sector, industry or organisation
- Construct and implement clear business plans
- Maximise sales through a systematic and structured Sales Management process by obtaining one on one customer meetings and having the drive to go out and develop new business
- To fully research the sales market, identify and understand the business opportunities creating alignment with the features and benefits of the company systems to the customer's requirements
- Direct company business partners to investing sectors and potential markets ensuring that all opportunities are realised through use of appropriate sales tools
- To prepare and present an annual sales forecast to the General Manager and report against this plan on a monthly basis
- To assist with the development of business partners relationships with end users including support of the necessary processes to ensure product specification by the end users
- Providing quotations, value propositions and technical solutions to partners/customers
Essential Requirements:

- Business degree or proven experience of successful Business Development and Sales Management (minimum 5 years' experience)
- Excellent Comprehension of the English Language
- Freedom to travel extensively throughout Europe and hold a full driving license
- Strong Customer Service, Management and IT Skills.

**Salary**:

- Circa £40-£50k, depending on experience. With OTE of £70k
