**Job Overview**:
The Technical Administrator will provide support to administor the day to day planning & coordination of all maintenance works and ensure these are completed within contractual timeframes. This is a full time role based at site working 37.5 hours per week Mon-Fri.

**Main Duties**

Co-ordination, planning & monitoring of all technical activities feeding into the SAP maintenance system for all planned, reactive & corrective works in a timely manner so they do not go overdue.

Build relationships with accredited contractors & ensure they are hosted on site.

Ensure contractors provide Risk Assessments, Method Statements & Competency certs ahead of work commencing with time for a competent person to review. (48 hrs)

Requesting & raising quotes for any out of scope & corrective works.

Raising Purchase Orders to 3rd party suppliers.

Work with Mitie Site Lead to close out chargeable work orders/quotes.

Maintain a structured filing system for 3rd party technical suppliers, including purchase orders & competancy documents.

Adhere to SLA's for maintenance & remedial reports.

Keep accurate data including service sheets for all 3rd party suppliers.

Complete the supplier performance matrix each time a 3rd party supplier attends site & escalate any issues with performance & non attendance in a timely manner.

Maintain SOP & Contractor Matrix.

Follow group policies & procedures at all times.

Ensure all learning for your specific role is completed & on time.

Ensure compliance with Mitie's Information Security procedures in all activities.

Proactively identify & report security risks to your manaager.
