Join us as a Planning Coordinator

**Perm Contract**:37.5 hours per week

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

**Location**: Stirling

**The role (in a nutshell)**

You will work as part of a fast paced and friendly team responsible for an essential service to patients, relatives and healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for the day to day planning of field activity, making appointments with patients and working with the field and operations team to ensure planned activities are achieved.

**Primary Duties & Areas of Responsibility**
- To schedule all installations, uplifts, breakdowns and deliveries in line with contract requirements and objectives.
- Book all service calls in line with contract requirements, and objectives utilising support staff to ensure resources are fully booked.
- Ensure that all enquiries are completed according to departmental procedures and within set quality standards.
- Liaise closely with other departments by best means possible, giving accurate information at all times.
- To work to organisational and departmental targets as specified.
- Provide support to other areas of the Customer Service department when required.

**Education, Qualifications and expertise required**:

- Will require an Enhanced DBS
