**Payroll and HR Administrator**

**Location**: Hammersmith, London

**Salary**: £30,000 - £35,000 (Depending on experience)

**Hours**:Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5pm)

Our client is a high-achieving independent school for boys and girls aged between 4 and 18 years old. Its beautiful site on the south bank of the Thames. **The Role**:
The role of Payroll and HR Administrator is of critical importance to the operations of the school on a day to day bases. This role is ideal for someone who has Payroll and admin experience and is extremely organised with a fantastic eye for detail.

The role will be the first point of contact for the schools team with administrative HR queries relating to contracts of employment, contractual changes, employment policies and payroll.

**Responsibilities**:

- To gather all payroll information and provide accurate details to the payroll provider
- To produce HR documents, such as confidential letters and contract of employment in a timely and accurate manner.
- To manage and co-ordinate the DBS, Credit Checks and employment references to support recruitment activities and the fit and proper checks as required.
- To support the HR team with all administrative duties.
- To act as the in-house HR systems expert, setting up and maintaining compliant employee management systems, whilst being the internal point of escalation for systems related queries.
- Support the team on any payroll queries.

- Payroll experience desirable but not essential
