Handy Man

Duties:

- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Repair or replace faulty electrical switches, outlets, and fixtures
- Install and repair plumbing fixtures, such as faucets, toilets, and sinks
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed
- Repair or replace damaged drywall or flooring
- Fix or replace broken windows, doors
- Troubleshoot and repair various appliances
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner

**Skills**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to work with hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to perform basic electrical repairs
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and find effective solutions
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Proficient in English language for effective communication

**Salary**: £150.00 per day

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
