Job Overview:

**Duties**:

- Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing repairs, painting, and installations to the site offices
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete projects efficiently
- Assemble furniture and equipment as needed
- heavy lifting may be required for certain projects

Qualifications:

- **CSCS card is a must**
- **Must be able to obtain a clean basic DBS check**
- Proven experience as a Plumber Handy Man or similar role
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
- Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks when necessary
- Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations

Pay: £18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 47.5 per week
