**Project Co-ordinator**

**Hybrid (working from home, and from office in Reigate)**

**£32-35k per annum**

Concept Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join a rapidly expanding Telecommunications business. The Project Co-Ordinator will be accountable for the smooth delivery of the chosen solution. It's a fast-paced role interacting with multiple teams across the business in turn building a good working relationship with them, along with our suppliers is key.

**The Role**:

- Coordinate project delivery activities, resources, equipment and information.
- Coordinate projects into achievable actions and set timeframes whilst ensuring clients' needs are met.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives whilst exceeding their expectations.
- Liaising with external carriers & suppliers.
- Ensure all aspects of the project is delivered and closed including billing.
- Analyse risk and opportunities, scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project coordinator and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.

- SIP trunking
- Hosted telephony deployments
- PBX (up to Enterprise) deployments
- UC Deployments
- Number porting (including large number migrations)
- WAN / SDWAN deployments
- FTTC / FTTP / Ethernet rollout
- LAN/WLAN deployments
- Dealing with diverse customers ranging from SMB up to corporate organisations.
- Experience working on technology projects within the Healthcare and Public sector.
