**Who you’ll work with**

Reporting to the Content & Social Manager within the Content, Social & PR team, you will be responsible for generating topical and exciting football angles which can link into betting markets for use on our social media platforms.

You will have a passion for researching & consuming football data, ensuring that Sky Bet’s output is relevant & providing real value to their followers. You may even have some experience as a creator and publishing your own exciting viewpoints on football related trends and data.

This is a varied & fast paced role, with the expectation for you to be both proactive & reactive with regards to posting & planning.

**Your role in ‘better’**
- Work closely with the PR & Content Manager, the Social Media Manager and team, and the Social Creative team to generate interesting and provocative football angles.
- Be across all emerging social trends, formats, platforms, and competitor activity to help improve our quality.
- Monitor social media & editorial performance to help supervise the efficiency of campaigns, tweaking where required and reporting back on the overall success.
- Work with the team of Content & Social Executives to fulfil the Sky Play Admin process for Super 6 and ITV7.
- Collaborate with the social team and publish output across our feeds and optimise for reach and engagement.
- Work alongside the social team to promote football content across our social channels.
- Write briefs for our creative team to help bring your new and exciting editorial angles to life.

**How you’ll create ‘better’**
- Have passion for football across the leagues and content, with a deep understand and knowledge of the sport
- Strong understanding and curiosity about social and have a clear understanding of the best formats for all platforms
- Creative thinker, helping to contribute to new and innovative ideas
- Enthusiastic and able to work in a team effectively
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Knowledge and understanding of betting to allow the integration of betting prompts within editorial content when relevant
- Football fan first approach, with the ability to step into different fan cultures to find true debates and emotion
