Eteach is looking for a skilled individual to lead their emerging Partnership sales division. This individual will be responsible for making strategic links with partners within and outside of the education sector to contribute to the overall sales and revenue growth of Eteach’s products and services.

An example of the kind of work we expect to be delivered would be opening up new advertising channels for our broadcasting service, brokering and securing favourable commercial terms, managing the ongoing sales of these new channels working with internal stakeholders as well as individually selling, tracking and managing the effectiveness and performance of those channels and maintaining relationships with the channel partner.

Furthermore, the Head of Partnerships will lead and manage key relationships as well as build and sourcing new opportunities for the company. They will be experienced in strategy development and profile-raising as well as experienced in securing opportunities which provide growth to the company.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Manage the partnership strategy for the company
- Attract and engage new partners inside and outside the education sector
- Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing communications with each partner
- Account management of partners, including building effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Establish, develop, and lead strong partnerships and collaborations by influencing and advocating for strategic priorities
- Liaising with marketing and logistics to coordinate and deliver joint marketing activity with our partners
- Tracking, analysing, and managing the performance of each partnership
- Building relations with partners
- Bringing in new partnerships
- Identify opportunities and devise new partnership links to access these opportunities.
- Linking partnerships together for stronger bids
- Raise company profile
- Get branding out to organisations who have never heard of us or what we do
- Procurement and evaluation processes
- Market engagement events
- Marketing the company to partners
- Collaborate with Business Development
- Engage and gain commitment from relevant stakeholders to support the tendering process
- Deliver presentations as part of the networking, marketing, and tendering processes
- Identify innovative methods of service delivery and feed these back to the Business Development department, Learning & Development department, and operational teams
- Work with partners and stakeholders to identify opportunities to deliver social value.

**Knowledge & Experience**:
**Must Haves**:

- Experience in a similar role managing and developing marketing strategies
- A wide network of professional contacts
- A strong understanding of the education and employability sector
- Experience working with managers to obtain feedback and develop future opportunities
- Evidence of CPD including management development

**Skills & Abilities**:
**Essential**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent business writing skills including grammar and spelling
- Strong IT skills and use of MS Office
- Organisation skills
- Time management
