Seasonal Supervisor

Supervisors are the backbone of our management team in store, providing leadership and co-ordination on our shop floors while setting an aspirational example of customer service for the team. Lots of our Shop Managers started out as Supervisors; what are you waiting for?

Lush store Supervisors are the face of the retail business, ensuring exemplary customer service is delivered each day. Ensuring procedural and operational guidelines are met as well as providing inspiring leadership, motivation and development to their team.

We’re passionate about where we live and the people around us and are looking for compassionate and empathetic leaders to join our team. Our Supervisors are integral to our store in building our business and facilitating the development of our sales team to deliver memorable experiences to our customers.

**What we look for**:

- A day maker who is looking to facilitate memorable experiences for our customers and community
- Experience in managing and motivating a team.
- Be able to train and develop a team
- An excellent communicator, comfortable with collaborative working.
- Have a strong work ethic and passionate about development.
- Available to work a minimum of four days over a seven day week, which include peak trading hours/days/weekends.
