Administrator (Counselling Service)
West Mercia
Office - Worcester or Hereford (Hybrid Role)
**22.5 hours per week**
FTE £23,644.18 (Pro rata £14,378.22)
We are looking for a skilled administrator to work for us at West Mercia Women’s Aid to support the delivery and development of our counselling and therapeutic provision.
We are looking for:
- Relevant qualification at minimum level 3
- Experience of carrying out administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of handling sensitive information and knowledge of appropriate GDPR legislation
- Experience of working alongside professionals delivering therapeutic or domestic abuse support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to a wide range of audiences
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative to meet objectives in a complex, changing environment and to plan, initiate, manage and evaluate processes
- Ability to work productively alongside others to contribute to the smooth running of a team
- Interest in and understanding of the principles of therapeutic support and of the potential benefits of counselling for clients.
