**Job Title: Sales Negotiator**
**Starting Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 basic + an extremely competitive commission, bonus and benefits package**

**Working hours are 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday, with every other Saturday 09:00 - 13:00**
**Location: LE65, Leicestershire**

- **Job Role**
Your key responsibilities as a Sales Negotiator include but are not limited to:
- Manage a portfolio of properties, booking viewings, registering applicants and managing your diary.- Negotiating offers.- Upselling and cross-selling other services.- Identifying and capitalising any opportunities to maximise sales.- Build strong relationships with applicants.**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator.- Impeccable communication skills with the ability to build strong, long-term relationships.- A proactive and results-driven approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.- Full UK driving licence and car.***
