**What You Will Be Doing?**

We are seeking a full-time Projects& Activation Executive to join our Projects team and play a critical role in managing the company's ongoing and new projects along with being involved with the brands we work with and how we activate these within our customers. This is a varied and pivotal role, ensuring everyone is working in the same direction, on time and within budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Creating planograms for business accounts and projects
- Completing market visits and reporting back on findings
- Working with senior stakeholders to ensure projects are kept on track and within allocated budgets.
- Ensuring our CRM (Salesforce) is fully updated with detailed data capture after each interaction.
- Create monthly brand activation briefing packs
- Creating monthly Brand partner presentations to demonstrate activity, execution, and compliance.
- Ensure All brand promotional pricing, and promotional activity is actioned and reported on.
- Supporting the CPO and other stakeholders with other tasks as the business requires
- Ensuring that all monthly trackers are kept up to date
- Working cross-functionally with other departments to align on objectives for the business.

**We would love to meet someone with**
- Experienced working with multiple projects at the same time
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skill, experience using Salesforce would be advantageous
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and efficiently and complete assigned tasks within strict deadlines
- Positive, proactive and flexible approach to work
