**Graduate Finance Consultant**

**25k base salary + uncapped commission.**

**OTE: 45k in Yr 1, 60k in Yr 2, 80k+ by yr 3**

Our client works within a high-calibre, highly intelligent and fully international market with London as a global market leader for complex finance. They supply industry-leading quants to JP Morgan, Citi, Barclays and three further large banks.

They are the lead Quantitative supplier for four global hedge funds. They have sixteen years of experience within this market, amassing an extensive network of professionals who prioritise the needs and demands of their clientele.

**The day-to-day - Graduate Recruitment Consultant**:

- Conducting screening calls.
- Researching clients.
- Attending client meetings.
- Writing job advertisements and posting ad’s to relevant job boards.
- LinkedIn sourcing.
- Headhunting.
- General admin duties.

**Requirements - Graduate Recruitment Consultant**:

- A tenacious attitude
- Previous sales/commercial experience (preferred but not essential).
- Money-motivated and target driven.
- An international outlook and attitude is paramount
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- A desire to build relationships with clients.
