Pharmaceutical Customer Account Administrator with

Duties include:
- Order processing - from receipt of order through to picking / packing, despatch and delivery
- Dealing directly with customer enquiries
- Liaising with other departments, customers, suppliers and service providers
- Understanding legal compliance measures and ensuring these are met at all times
- Maintenance of electronic records
- Dealing with on site visitors, deliveries, general office and business requirements and queries
- General office duties such as answering the telephone, filing, raising invoices etc.
Personal Requirements:
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise
- Attention to detail, with a thorough and methodical approach
- Ability to use Microsoft Office packages
- Knowledge of SAGE advantageous
This is a full time permanent position based on a 31.5 hour week. Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 12.30pm.
17-20 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown
Good road and rail links, on site company car park and train station nearby.
