Therapy Advisor

ManageMinds is on a mission to make therapy accessible, affordable and effective for everybody. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Therapy Advisor to join our growing team.

**About the job**:
ManageMinds aims to become the leading online therapy provider in the UK. You will play a key role in this process, being responsible for tasks including:

- Proactively reaching out to potential clients to generate leads for the business
- Setting up introductory calls and building relationships with prospective clients to promote our services and drive sales
- Collaborating with other departments to develop and implement sales strategies that align with our wider business objectives
- Using the CRM system to track leads, monitor sales activity and ensure all records are up-to-date
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets by converting leads into ManageMinds clients
- Is an enthusiastic, highly organised salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Has exceptional customer service skills and enjoys building relationships with clients
- Is a team player with the confidence and social skills to work well with others
- Can navigate sensitive topics while conducting themselves in a kind yet professional manner
- Is technology-savvy and can master new CRM systems with ease
- Is passionate about improving the lives of people living with mental health conditions

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year's experience in a sales role (preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A working knowledge of CRM software systems
- A basic understanding and awareness of mental health issues and their impact on individuals
- Must be residing and legally able to work in the UK
