About the job:

ManageMinds aims to become the leading online therapy provider in the UK.

You will play a key role in this process, being responsible for tasks including:

  • Proactively reaching out to potential clients to generate leads for the business
  • Setting up introductory calls and building relationships with prospective clients to promote our services and drive sales
  • Collaborating with other departments to develop and implement sales strategies that align with our wider business objectives
  • Using the CRM system to track leads, monitor sales activity and ensure all records are uptodate
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets by converting leads into ManageMinds clients
  • Is an enthusiastic, highly organised salesperson who thrives in a fastpaced environment
  • Has exceptional customer service skills and enjoys building relationships with clients
  • Is a team player with the confidence and social skills to work well with others
  • Can navigate sensitive topics while conducting themselves in a kind yet professional manner
  • Is technologysavvy and can master new CRM systems with ease
  • Is passionate about improving the lives of people living with mental health conditions

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's experience in a sales role (preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A working knowledge of CRM software systems
  • A basic understanding and awareness of mental health issues and their impact on individuals
  • Must be residing and legally able to work in the UK
