**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Help to provide an efficient, professional service to meet all client needs and to promote the company brand.
- Using the company system to input and update both individual, company and transport records.
- Quality checking documents and reports.
- Archiving, filing, photocopying and scanning.
- Any further general administration tasks and ad-hoc duties as required by the management team.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is desired however not a requirement for this role as full in office training will be provided.
- Proficient in using Microsoft office.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Self motivated and driven to carry out all duties to a high standard.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships, and to communicate at all levels both internally and externally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

**Salary**: Up to £23,000.00 per year
