**What you’ll be doing**

As the Marketing Assistant, you will support two busy marketing teams who manage campaigns for our Events, Venues and Membership portfolios. You’ll support the implementation of marketing campaigns, working closely with Marketing Executives and Marketing Campaign Managers and providing vital support to ensure they have the marketing assets, data and reporting they need to produce and monitor successful campaigns.

**A little more about the role**
- To support all team members with marketing and administration activities as required.
- To co-ordinate creation of marketing assets such as print and online adverts, flyers, reading lists and other materials.
- To support the creation and scheduling of social media posts and PPC adverts.
- To co-ordinate and manage the scheduling of adverts across internal channels.
- Assist with briefing in website updates to the digital team.
- To support monitoring and reporting of marketing metrics.
- To prepare presentations and reports as needed using PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- To co-ordinate the delivery and shipping of conference marketing materials (banner stands, flyers, other marketing materials) and attend and support conferences and exhibitions as required.
- To manage the warehouse orders process including adding information to the order system.
- To undertake any other duties and projects at the request of the line manager.
- To comply with data protection legislation and act responsibly on matters of data disclosure both internally and to third parties.
- To be familiar with the Health and Safety and Fire policies for the organisation and to attend mandatory updates where required.
