Romar Innovate part of the JBS Group are currently seeking to recruit Quality Controller to work in the PVC manufacturing department based in our Cumbria Branch.

The Quality Controller will be responsible for carrying out final inspections at the end of the production line, both visually and physically. Main duties will include any of the following:

- Carrying out final inspections
- Physical and visual inspection
- Carrying out physical inspection using calibrated equipment
- Record the results of inspections and prepare test reports.
- Perform related duties as directed by Line Manager and work collaboratively on improvements that help to optimise efficiencies within the production department.
- Carry out weekly calibration.
- Ensure Yearly calibration is taken place and tools sent to Test centres.
- Produce Quality Plans when required.
- Contract Review Sales Orders coming and Design Reviews/Drawings.
- Previous experience in similar role essential
- Organisational Skills, Logical Thinking
- Be able to collate, analyse, interpret and present information.
- Identify and act upon areas of improvement for self, others and business
- Computer & Administration Skills
- Communication Skills

**Essential Requirement**
- Qualification in Quality Assurance within Manufacturing.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
