Support to complete a relevant Apprenticeship up to Level 7/Masters (with 100% course fees funded, and 20% paid working hours as Structured Learning Time), leading to recognised academic qualification and/or professional membership
Range of Trust management/leadership development programmes, and strong leadership and coaching training offers via NHS Sussex ICB (Integrated Care Board)
Supported mentoring for career development and networking
Dynamic Trust approach to process improvement (Patient First) - so opportunities to amplify the inclusion work, and undertake specialist training in improvement techniques
Active and engaged Staff Networks (incl. Disability, LGBTQI+, SOAR BAME, Religion & Belief, Armed Forces)
NHS Terms & Condition, access to a range of NHS discounts & benefits.
