**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Catering Supervisor.

The Catering Supervisor will report directly to the Catering and Events Operations Manager and be responsible for the co-ordination, ordering of goods, preparation, cooking, delivery, and presentation of all meals for service.

- Current and relevant experience as a supervisor or similar role, within the catering industry.
- To have knowledge of the minimum requirements for Health & Food Safety under current legislation, including HACCP control, Allergen legislation, and basic overall working safely knowledge.
- Be able to demonstrate knowledge relating to all general aspects of catering and hospitality operations.
- To have advanced skills in Food Preparation / Service to a high, efficient standard.
- Proficient time management skills to ensure that all business needs are achieved
- To be confident in your ability to give and receive instruction / training
