**Sales Team Manager**

They will be responsible for maximizing the performance of the sales team, showing confidence and professionalism in dealing with clients at all levels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Motivate and supervise a Sales and Administration team
- Assist in the delivery of the yearly Sales Target set by the business.
- Assist in planning and increasing presence into our target markets.
- Set and monitor sales targets for the sales team
- Provide ongoing support to the Business Development Leads.
- Assist with compiling and analyzing sales statistics.
- Attending exhibitions and trade shows
- Coach and develop existing members of the team
- Generate business opportunities for the company with new and existing customers
- Work closely with the marketing team and the wider business to ensure progression of lead generation and events management.
- Prepare management reports in relation to forecasted sales, opportunity pipeline and contract renewals.
- Actively plan and deliver against personal sales targets, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
- Responsible for the management, oversight, and accuracy of the CRM system

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience of working within a Technology business.
- Experience in a supervisory role.
- A proven track record in a commercial sales role.
- Effective training, mentoring, and coaching skills.
- Highly developed customer service skills.
- Proven track record of success with the ability to work proactively and demonstrate the flexibility necessary to meet demands of the role to often challenging timeframes.

Salary is around £40,000 with an OTE of around £60,000
