**The job itself**:
We are looking for:
An enthusiastic individual who is passionate about working in adult social care, who has the ability to adopt person centred and strength-based approaches to achieve the best outcomes for vulnerable adults in the community, someone who has the ability to problem solve, manage customer expectations and explore signposting options to help maximise people's independence, as well as identifying those that are in need of more formal services.

The role will involve working collaboratively with professionals from other organisations who may be involved in supporting the vulnerable adult, their family and community.

A professional telephone manner and good IT skills are essential as the role requires you to speak directly to: customers, carers, internal departments and other organisations.

If you are looking to work in a busy, motivated, caring team, who's focus is on the best outcomes for our ERYC residents, this opportunity could be for you.

At present the post is working Monday to Friday on a blended working approach but the need to cover evenings, weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis may be required in the future to support the needs of the service.
