JAM Events are delighted to offer the opportunity for a Wedding and Events Assistant to join our team. Our base is based in Cumnock with travel to venues in West and Central Scotland.
- **Key aspects of the role**:_
- To help pack vans to go to venues
- To set up for wedding and events at various venues
- To set up centre pieces, chair covers, mood lights, letter lights, backdrops, drapes, aisle dressing and finishing touches.
- To tidy and clean venue after set ups
- To collect and return after events to base
- To conduct appointments with potential and existing bride and/or groom
- To attend open days or appointments days
- To support adminstration of existing bookings from time to time

- Passionate about weddings and events
- **Drivers License essential** due to travel associated with the role
- Excellent customer service
- Positive nature and can do attitude
- Willing to learn
- Good work ethic
