We are on the lookout for a Wedding and Events Coordinator to join our team. We are based in Cumnock and this is where carry out all our sales appointments and all our events administration. The role will involve working weekends and possibly one evening per week.
- **Key aspects of the role**:_
- General admin, filing, opening and sending mail, greeting customers, liaising with customers, staff and venues
- Sales appointments with potential customers and existing customers
- Keeping all records updated, dealing with invoices and sending out contracts to customers
- Attending wedding fayres and open days and evenings promoting JAM Events services
- Attending weddings and events for set ups and moving of decor
- Required to pack vans and set up for weddings
- Clearing down of events and returning products to our base

At JAM Events, we pride ourselves on our high quality products and first class customer service, therefore it is essential the successful applicant will have the following:

- Previous sales experience would be beneficial
- Passionate about weddings and events
- Drivers license due to occasional travel required
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- To be proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word and Excel)
- Positive nature and can do attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
