**Payroll & Pension Administrator** **£27,000 - £31,000** **London (Hybrid)** Frazer Jones is working on exclusive basis with a leading London University based in Central London, supporting with a search for a payroll administrator to join the team of four. Aside from 30 days of annual leave, school closure days, generous pensioncontribution and other benefits, you will be also provided with a working from home flexibility with only 3 days requirement working from the office.

As a Payroll & Pension Administrator you will provide payroll support to the current team and process payroll on the system in accurate and timely manner, undertaking manual payroll calculations where necessary. You will be a positive point of contact forall employees, providing information regarding their compensation and benefits in professional way. Acting as a team player you will be also involved in general office tasks and shared inbox management, updating system records and identifying areas of improvements.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Process monthly payment, payroll calculations, making emergency payments, processing fee and overtime payments and requesting pension quotes.
- Update staff records and entering data on HR systems in a timely and efficient manner
- Contribute to development and implementation of HR and payroll policies, procedures and practises
- General office support and routine tasks
- Demonstrable experience in administering payroll and pension
- Excellent attention to detail for both numerical and written information
- Experience using payroll module of HR systems (preferably Resource Link)
- Experience delivering effective customer service
