**Overview**
You will support the expansion and implementation of new initiatives and services to meet the future needs of the UK Securities environment.
You’ll be based at our Gresham Street office in London on a full time or hybrid basis, so you will need to be within a commutable distance and have the capability to work at home.
**What you’ll be doing**:

- Providing help and guidance to clients and advisors on Corporate Action products, whilst ensuring adherence to Link information security and other core policies and standards
- Helping to develop and maintain strategic relationships whilst responding to changing market requirements to operate at new levels in a different way or by providing new services
- Maintaining technical and business expertise to identify and respond to changing market trends to maintain enhanced levels of service
- Ensuring compliance with any regulatory or statutory requirements, industry codes and practices
- Preparing and executing Corporate Action Agreements in a timely manner and reviewing draft Corporate Action documentation
- Supporting visits to clients and advisors to provide a one-to-one service, escalating client concerns and ensuring they are resolved swiftly and overseeing and authorising the issue of client invoices
- Reviewing local procedures to ensure that continuous improvements are achieved, risk minimised, regulatory compliance and changing business and industry trends followed
- Drafting and overseeing the preparation and mailing of shareholder invitations or results documentation, supporting client feedback surveys and the Corporate Actions Risk Review process
- Ensuring management information records are maintained and updating Euroclear UK & Ireland in a timely manner on Corporate Actions

- A proactive, highly self-motivated individual with the drive and desire to succeed in their role
- Great negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong work relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to explain complex information in simple terms, amending your delivery depending on the individual you are liaising with
- Good problem-solving abilities with the maturity and calm nature to manage complaints
