- East Sussex based charity seeks an Executive Assistant with an entrepreneurial spirit._ _This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated administrator._
- This one-of-a-kind Not For Profit organisation has a small team of staff and volunteers and requires someone with office skills, a can-do attitude, attention to detail and a willingness to lend a hand when required._

Some tasks will be routine and predictable; others will be ad-hoc and at a fast pace requiring initiative and a creative approach. As Executive Assistant to our Trustees, accuracy and flexibility coupled with high quality organisational and administrative skills are essential. The work is varied, continually changing and occasionally challenging.

You will be expected to offer and enjoy developing, implementing and managing procedures and systems to ensure that you play an important role, especially in supporting the work of our Co-Chairmen. In return, this post offers a rewarding experience as an integral part of a dedicated team.

This position offers a commencing annual salary of £28,000-£30,000 pro-rata dependent on experience and ability.

**Main Duties**
- Acting as Personal Assistant to the Trustees
- Scheduling meetings and organising travel for medical teams and trainers
- Inbox management and correspondence
- Co-ordinating collection of donations across the UK
- Organising charitable giving within the UK
- Organising despatch of charitable donations to low resource countries
- Updating fundraising content, including the website and social media accounts
- Preparation of presentations for various functions

**Skills and Experience**
- Some experience working as an Executive Assistant
- Highly professional level of verbal and written communication skills
- Good people skills
- Self-motivation
- Flexibility
- Computer literate - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint etc.)
- Minute attention to detail
- Outstanding time management
- Able to maintain confidentiality and adopt a professional, diplomatic approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and juggle priorities
