This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Underwriter, an Assistant Underwriter or a Broker who is looking to progress their career in Underwriting.

**Some of the key responsibilities include**:
Underwrite new and renewal business on our E-Trading platforms within agreed decision making standards, limitations, and underwriting authority
Assess desirability of risk through analysis of provided underwriting information
Develop and maintain relationships with brokers
Provide excellent service to brokers through consistent, timely, and proactive approach to underwriting
Use designated Underwriting system(s) to streamline underwriting and information-tracking approach
Assist in product development and thought leadership
Ensure compliance with key regulatory and risk management responsibilities

**What we’re looking for**:
1-2 years of underwriting or broking experience, ideally within Financial Lines
PI and/or Cyber experience desirable
Acturis or other online platform experience would be advantageous but not essential
Strong communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills
