Demand on our services has created an opportunity for one contentious and one non-contentious Projects & Construction Senior Associate to join the Melbourne or Brisbane team working with Partners Luke van Grieken, Stephen Natoli and Kate Muller. Working across a range of large domestic and international projects this is a unique opportunity to pursue an area of law that presents exciting potential for career advancement and significant development opportunities.

The key responsibilities and requirements for this role are as follows;
**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients on a range of Contentious and Non-Contentious matters and large scale projects with a strong focus on energy transition
- Advise on and draft a range of project documentation including project development and construction delivery documents
- Manage work streams on large domestic and international projects
- Liaise with clients and assist in negotiations
- Assist with business development and marketing initiatives

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5 years PQE gained within a front-end or back end construction or projects practice
- Experience assisting on a range of energy/construction/projects matters
- Strong client liaison skills
- Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills
- Strong time management & organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities simultaneously
