Job Title: Freelance Construction Project Manager - Mid-August Start

Red Rock Consultants are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our client on a freelance basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a prestigious MOD site near Newcastle, playing a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a critical project.

**Key Points**:

- Start Date: Mid-August
- Duration: Until Christmas (with potential for extension)
- Location: MOD Site near Newcastle
- Security Clearance: SC Clearance will be needed (Client will facilitate the process)

**Responsibilities**:
As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Developing and implementing a detailed project plan, including timelines and resources allocation
- Collaborating with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitoring project progress and performance, making necessary adjustments to meet objectives
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards
- Managing project finances and reporting on budget status regularly
- Providing leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, delivering successful projects from conception to completion
- Strong understanding of MOD site requirements and procedures (previous experience on MOD sites is advantageous)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet strict deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- SC Clearance or the ability to obtain SC Clearance (client will support the clearance process)
- Flexibility and willingness to work on a freelance basis for the specified duration
