Our client: a global manufacture provides quality products for use in the food and various different industries. They are looking for a learning and development coordinator to join their team.

The role will include the support, implement and manage the delivery of the Learning and Development Strategy for the business, including upcoming and ongoing training projects, along with the general learning and development requirements within the Company.There is also a requirement to support the HR team in respect of admin tasks and recruitment. To carry out the role whilst ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times. Ensuring that high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained atall times.

Your duties and responsibilities will vary based upon Company requirements and will include, but are not limited to;
- Co-ordination of HR Projects, including implementation and ongoing maintenance of job evaluation system, annual leave management software and intranet.
- Creation and delivery of internal training content including all non-technical content.
- Delivery of corporate inductions (remote and on site).
- Development of digital learning solutions.
- Co-ordination of continuous professional development programmes.
- Supervision of training budget.
- Assist in co-ordination of apprenticeship/graduate offering across the business.
- General HR Admin support to HR Advisors, including but not limited to note taking, maintenance of database/spreadsheets, letter writing etc.

This is a full time onsite position Monday to Friday.
