Job Description:

- Data Administrator / Content Editor
- £22,000 per annum
- Weston-Super-Mare (Onsite - must have own transport due to location)
- Likewize Support provide knowledge solutions and technical support for a range of world class brands, from banks & cell phone networks to retailers. Our Digital Delivery (DD) function creates the content for those support tools underpinned by continuous insight.
- Summary
- This role requires a diligent data administrator to process our device unlocking requests.
- A code is required in order to unlock a handset from a network. The Data Administrator will be responsible for assisting our client’s customers in obtaining the unlock code within a specific timeframe, managing code providers and liaising with our client. Where we are unable to obtain a code, or the SLA ends, our client is responsible for replacing the customer’s handset.
- As the role sits within our Content team, some Content Editor tasks will be required as well. The Content Editor writes articles, specs, step-by-step troubleshooter scripts and other support content that enable non-technical people to resolve technical problems and find the answers to general device queries.
- Core requirements
- Request mobile phone unlock codes and process the response
- Request mobile phone replacements using the code stack manager where unlock codes cannot be found
- Manage code providers
- Liaise with our client to provide regular updates on things such as manufacturer issues or if any there are any trends that need to be raised.
- Provide reports on Unlocking statistics when requested by clients
- Check all communication channels for issues that have been raised by the client
- Respecting the value of information by following Likewize's data protection / information security policies and procedures
- Create new content in response to:

- New product releases
- Voice of customer insight
- Client requests and feedback
- Skills/Experience
- Good grasp of spelling and grammar
- Knowledge of Database and spreadsheet analysis
- Efficient organisation skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt workloads due to priorities
- Clear writing style with good attention to detail
- Basic HTML (desirable but not mandatory)
