You know how to talk to customers, you win them over and make them feel completely at ease, you also know the importance of logging those conversations so that when you next speak to them you can ask them how the house move went, or how the new pet is settlingin, people buy off people right?

Your job is maintaining regular contact with key accounts, taking their orders, understanding their future requirements, and dealing with any questions they might have to maximise every opportunity.

But it doesn't end at that your admin is always accurate and you aren't someone who is afraid to ask "why?"

You love picking up the phone, chasing customers and securing business. You are a go getter and thrive in this environment

**This is not a cold calling role you will not be expected to make cold calls here**

They are not just a one site business, they are part of a wider group,again this gives your career scope if that's what you are looking for, and the industry is engineering, maybe you've sold power tools, or engineering components, worked for a buildersmerchant or engineering merchant.

You are someone who wants to succeed, has the drive and determination to do so, this business have a reputation for nurturing talent, giving their team the opportunity to fulfil their career goals.

- Brilliant communication skills
- A persuasive nature
- Great Admin Skills
- Great IT skills

And you want to work in a lovely small team of 4, within a bigger office for an expanding engineering company (and yes there will be banter, goes with the territory of engineering)

They are located just outside of Birmingham with good transport links.
