Our Client is a passionate and forward-looking company offering a full range of telemarketing services. Established in 2000, Team have grown into a highly accomplished and dynamic company offering our customers a dedicated and committed telemarketing resource.

Our Contact Centre is staffed by highly skilled and experienced telemarketers who are supported by onsite Trainers providing continual professional development and support. We foster a supportive working culture and staff are motivated to meet targets through feedback and incentives.

Team works with a range of customers across the public sector, private sector and third sector. Our telemarketing experience is broad including surveys, lead generation, awareness raising, appointment setting, database building and more.

**Job Specification**

**Duties and responsibilities**: Working on behalf of our clients Contacting a target list of businesses to make qualified sales appointments, generate leads, update company information, complete telephone surveys on behalf of clients with their customers.

**Progression Prospects**:
The progression route for those interested would be to work towards the role of a Senior Telemarketing Executive and then a Team Leader, both offering different pay structures

**Skills and experience**:

- experience working within a similar role, making outbound calls.
- Able to achieve a dial target of at least 175 dials per day (depending on campaign)
- Confident to deliver calls to senior decision makers in companies such as MD, FD, HRD. Marketing Director
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Excellent spoken English and a good clear telephone voice
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated
- Work well within a team and as an individual
- Live within a commutable distance to Shirley, Solihull

Our pay rates start at £11 per hour.
- A clear and transparent commission structure. We reward all staff equally based on their performance and hours worked. We also adjust the targets accordingly to take into consideration hours worked including any holiday or time off due to sickness.

We offer both weekly and monthly bonuses.

Commission can range from £125 - £225 per month depending on your hours

£1500 - £2700 per year depending on your hours
- Regular awards and incentives.

Wednesday are fun days in our office, we hold weekly quizzes whilst working to get everyone over the ‘hump’ of midweek.

Proving our commitment to recognising the important of time, Team Telemarketing offer a generous holiday package. 24 days plus the usual bank holidays, meaning you have 32 paid days off per year (pro-rata) After 1 year continuous service we also reward you with a bonus day for your birthday.

Our full-time working week is 35.5hrs, as opposed to the standard 38-40 hr week. We also offer part time hours to suit individual needs and responsibilities. Our dedicated HR team will also be here to review any requests to change your working week and hours during your time with us. We understand that life changes and we can be flexible with your contracted hours wherever possible.
