These are fast paced clinical pathways supporting our most unwell population of service users.

Our innovative 3-3-3 system enables a rapid flow of care and treatment across our crisis and inpatient pathway.

Within these services we put a strong emphasis on service user and carer experience, promoting a robust assessment and treatment pathway to individuals in mental health crises by delivering the right care at the right time, and facilitating robust treatment intervention.

**We would expect the successful applicant to have**:

- A strong vision of the wider crisis pathway and acute care strategy and demonstrated credibility in driving forwards aspirational service models and seamless care pathways.
- Experience of engaging key stakeholders both internally and externally to the organisation.
- Be confident in supporting and working alongside and further enhancing the pathway along with our sister crisis services FRS and ALPS.
- Demonstrated compassion-based leadership and a readiness to take on new challenges.
- Working alongside clinical and operational managers to ensure the cohesive delivery of the services operationally and clinically.
- Ensure that necessary systems and governance is adhered to deliver safe, effective clinical interventions, and evidence-based care.
- To be responsible for ensuring that the management teams within the area of responsibility focuses on performance targets, and quality and efficiency improvements.
- Deliver operational supervision and leadership to promote ongoing workforce development and service improvements.

- To lead and manage the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team and Acute Assessment Unit located in Peterborough, delivering safe and effective high-quality services, within the available resources, to achieve the team targets.
- The post holder will provide leadership and expertise to deliver services within an agreed clinical service model, working with service users and carers, and other stakeholders, maintaining effective working relationships.
- The post holder will work to establish effective multi-disciplinary working within and across teams.
