**Job purpose**

Assist PFP are looking for an experienced Passive Fire Supervisor to join the team in managing various projects, ranging from £1,000 to £1m across the UK.

**Duties and responsibilities**

Using your expert knowledge in the passive fire sector, you will assist in the management of the project by carrying out a range of duties such as:

- Liaising with tenants
- Liaising with PA Housing surveyors / Inspectors
- Organising trades, including fire stoppers, fire door carpenters, labourers etc
- Distributing works between self employed operatives and sub contractors
- Inspecting works compliance
- Ensuring works are recorded through our OneTrace evidence software
- Monitoring and ordering materials
- Monitoring and disposing waste
- Ensuring RAMS are followed and kept up to date
- Ensuring install instructions are followed
- Daily updates on progress
- General health and safety responsibilities while on site

**Qualifications and Experience**
- **SSSTS**:

- **CSCS Card (desired but not essential)**:

- **NVQ 2 or above in Passive Fire Protection**:

- **Drivers Licence**:

- Fire Stopping Install Experience
- Working in Teams Experience
- Managing Teams Experience

**Salary**: Up to £28,000.00 per year
